Any mention of chocolate or "Godiva" is actually refering to doggie chocolates (which are actually made with Karob). They look and taste almost identical to chocolate, but do not contain ingredients which race the heart. Real chocolate can cause heart attacks and death in dogs, and nothing is worth that. So remember, Royal Dogs don't eat real Godiva. But that's not saying you can't just call doggie truffles "Godiva". Even Princess' have to be tricked once in a while, for their own royal safety.
